Sebanyak 375 orang satpam dari PT Sejahtera Damai Berkharisma (SDB) berkumpur di lapangan apel Mapolres Metro Bekasi, Cikarang Utara, Sabtu, 15 Desember 2018.
Mereka adalah satpam yang telah menjalani pendidikan dan latihan Gada Pratama angkatan ke-4 selama 3 pekan.
Sebelum penutupan pelatihan berakhir, sejumlah satpam menujukkan kebolehan dalam bela diri dasar dengan tongkat dan borgol.
Kepala Satuan Bina Masyarakat (Binmas) Polres Metro Bekasi AKBP Muryono mejelaskan, diklat Gada Pratama PT SDB adalah kemitraan dengan Polres Metro Bekasi.
“Setelah memiliki Gada Pratama, kita harapkan satpam PT SDB lebih profesional. Mereka juga harus bisa mengamankan minimal di area kerja dan tempat tinggal,” katanya.
Menjelang Natal dan Tahun Baru, para satpam juga diharapkan lebih siap dalam pengamanan area kerja. Terlebih lagi kali ini di Kabupaten Bekasi tengah musim penghujan.
“Kita imbau sebagaimana Perkap tentang Sistem Manajemen Pengamanan, sekuriti harus memiliki Gada Pratama karena taktis dan teknis penyelenggaraan tidak bisa meraba-raba, harus melalui pendidikan,” kata mantan kepala Bagian Ops Polresta Bekasi itu.
Sementara itu, Komisaris PT SDB Eko Mugi menjelaskan, materi yang diberikan selama diklat Gada Pratama meliputi baris-berbaris, perundang-undangan dan penanganan masalah kebakaran dan banjir.
“Kita sebagai perpanjangan tangan kepolisian akan bantu kegiatan Polres Metro Bekasi misal dalam penanganan banjir dan musim hujan,” jelasnya.
Diklat Gada Pratama angkatan IV berlangsung sejak 12 November 2018 hingga 15 Desember 2018 dengan 375 peserta yang terbagi menjadi 3 gelombang.
Kantor PT SDB terletak di Ruko Permata Gardenia Blok H Nomor 16-17, Jalan Irigasi Raya, Cikarang Baru, Jababeka.
Pada penutupan tersebut, hadir perwakilan dari Polres Metro Bekasi yakni AKBP Heru Purnomo dan Pasilog Kodim 0509 Kapten Muhammad Toib.
