Kabupaten Bekasi – Kembali hadir kelompok UMKM “SEGARA BIRU ” Hadir dan meramaikan produk produk UMKM di Kabupaten Bekasi.
UMKM “SEGARA BIRU yang beralamat di Perumahan Villa Bekasi Indah 2 No 23A, Desa Sumberjaya Kecamatan Tambun selatan Kabupaten Bekasi.
Bahwa di usaha Segara Biru ini memang baru berjalan satu tahunan lebih dari akhir Februari 2019 dan tidak lama masuk masa pandemi covid 19 dan PSBB, tapi Alhamdulillah Usaha Segara Biru ini bisa berjalan karena memang di masa PSBB banyak warga yang membutuhkan makanan yang mengandung gizi dan protein tinggi untuk meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh atau imun, dan ikan salah satunya yang menjadi pilahan warga yang menjadi pelanggan kami, ucap Umi.
Lebih lanjut Umi memaparkan, ikan yang kamu tampung langsung dari laut dan kami dinginkan di freezer, adapun ikan ikan yang kami pasarkan siap di masak karena semua sudah dibersihkan, ikan salmon laut, ikan tuna, kakap, bandeng Turangga dan lain lain.
Dan Kami pun membuat makanan dari bahan ikan campurannya seperti, Tahu Tuna walik yang di dalamnya di isi daging ikan tuna juga risol ikan cakalang, tekwan dan Abon lain lain.
“UMKM Segara Biru juga tergabung dalam UMKM GSB ( Gerai Segara Biru) sudah ada 11 pelaku UMKM yang bergabung, dan sudah menitipkan produknya di Reseler Segara Biru”imbuhnya.
Ibu Liswahab pengunjung sekaligus pelanggan UMKM Segara Biru mengatakan saya sudah sejak lama menjadi pelanggan Segara Biru sejak di buka nya Reseler ini, dan saya sangat nyaman apa lagi kondisi saat ini masa pandemi covid-19, jadi kita harus memilih makanan yang betul betul aman terjamin higenis
“karena keluarga kami penggemar ikan dan di Segara Biru ini kami cocok, karena ikan termasuk makanan yang bergizi dan ber omega tiga, dan di sini asli terjamin tidak terurai kadarnya”ungkapnya.
Di tempat yang sama Boy, selaku ketua Bumdes Arga Prana Desa Sumberjaya sangat mendukung dan kami suport usaha UMKM ini”kami dari Bumdes sudah bersinergi dengan dinas dinas terkait di Kabupaten Bekasi untuk menghidupkan usaha UMKM dan produknya pun kami pasarkan di Bumdes kami dari pegawai desa yang membeli produk nya dan saat ini akan kami sosialisakian ke Masyarakat Kabupaten Bekasi, khususnya di Tambun Desa Sumber jaya”cetusnya.
