Polres Metro Bekasi Helat Baksos Pada Warga Cikarang Utara
Kabupaten Bekasi – Polres Metro Bekasi menggelar bakti sosial di Desa Tanjung Sari, Kecamatan Cikarang Utara, Kabupaten Bekasi, Senin (20/5/2019).
Pada kegiatan tersebut, polisi menggelar pemeriksaan kesehatan gratis dan pembagian sembako. Ada 1.250 kupon yang diberikan kepada masyarakat dhuafa dan tidak mampu yang berada di tempat tersebut.
Dalam bakti sosial yang berada lokasi tersebut,kebanyakan yang datang warga miskin dan kaum dhuafa yang telah berusia lanjut,hingga petugas berusaha membantu pada warga yang telah berusia lanjut.
Wakapolres Metro Bekasi AKBP Luthfi Sulistiawan menjelaskan kegiatan ini sebagai bentuk kepedulian Polri terhadap masyarakat, terutama dari kalangan ekonomi menengah-bawah.
“Kita ambil tempat seperti ini untuk pendekatan kita kepada masyarakat supaya lapis bawah terlayani dengan baik,” katanya.
“Kita kerja sama dengan Pemkab Bekasi. Kita secara maraton akan gelar di beberapa titik. Animo masyarakat cukup tinggi,” sambungnya.
Pelaksana Tugas Bupati Bekasi Eka Supria Atmaja mengapresiasi gelaran tersebut. Menurutnya kegiatan seperti ini memang perlu diselenggarakan.
“Kita siap untuk mendukung acara seperti ini. Mudah-mudahan dilaksanakan lagi,” katanya(Khr).
