Lima Dari Delapan Begal Sadis Di Tangkap Dua Di Hadiahi Timah Panas
Kabupaten Bekasi – Satuan Reserse Kriminal Polres Metro Bekasi menangkap kelompok geng motor Warung Dua (Wardu) yang akhir-akhir ini banyak meresahkan warga. Geng ini juga sempat membacok adik artis Vicky Prasetyo Desember 2018 silam.
“Hari ini kita ungkap kasus penganiayaan dan pencurian dengan kekerasan di wilayah Kabupaten Bekasi dan salah satu korbannya adalah adik dari arts kontroversial, Vicky Prasetyo,” ucap Kasat Reskrim Polres Metro Bekasi, AKBP Rizal Marito di Mapolres Metro Bekasi, Rabu (23/01/2019).
Rizal menuturkan, Geng Wardu beranggotakan delapan orang, yakni inisial AZ, KF, B, J, A, KO, AG, dan AD. Kepolisian baru berhasil mengamankan lima orang, tiga lainnya yakni KO, AG dan AD masih dalam pengejaran.
Geng Wardu melakukan aksi-aksinya dengan tidak segan melukai korban. Pada 15 November 2018 di Sukakarya, geng ini melakukan penganiayaan terhadap seorang warga bernama Luki Rahman hingga meninggal karena mendapat sejumlah luka bacok di perutnya. “Pelaku membacok korban dengan menggunakan clurit,” bebernya.
Kemudian, lanjut Rizal, Pada 7 Desember 2018, giliran adik Vicky Prasetyo bernama Herbowo Darminto menjadi korban. Dia dikeroyok dan mendapat luka bacokan saat melawan di sekitar SGC, Cikarang Utara, hingga jarinya nyaris putus. Pelaku juga menggunakan clurit.
Terakhir pada 26 Desember 2018, kelompok ini melukai seorang warga bernama Yusuf bin Warno dengan golok di bagian punggung hingga tembus jantung dan menyebabkan korban meninggal di Sukatani.
“Para pelaku melakukan aksi terutama untuk mencuri. Mereka sebelumnya melakukan patroli, melihat kira-kira mana orang lemah dijadikan target. Mereka tidak segan melukai korban dengan sajam kalau melawan,” ungkap Rizal.
Dari kejadian-kejadian tersebut, kepolisian lalu melakukan pengembangan hingga tertangkapnya ke lima pelaku di lokasi yang berbeda. Para pelaku mengaku, kebanyakan dari mereka masih di bawah umur ini sering melakukan aksinya karena terjepit urusan ekonomi.
Lima pelaku, dua di antaranya dihadiahi timah panas pada kakinya karena berusaha melakukan perlawanan. Sedangkan dua orang lagi masih di bawah umur dan masih proses pengadilan.
“Ini adalah geng yang sangat meresahkan sebetulnya. Tercatat lebih dari 20 kali mereka sudah melakukan aksi,” pungkas Rizal.
Selain mengamankan barang bukti, petugas kepolisian juga menjerat para pelaku dengan kasus penyaniayaan dan pencurian dengan kekerasan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 351 KUHP dengan ancaman maksimal penjara 12 tahun dan Pasal 365 KUHP dengan ancaman maksimal 20 tahun penjara(Ari).
