Terkenal Dengan Daerah Industri Terbesar Se-Asia Tenggara,Infrastruktur Jalan Di Bekasi Masih memprihatinkan
Kabupaten Bekasi – Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat, dikenal sebagai daerah yang memiliki Kawasan Industri terbesar se-Asia Tenggara. pembangunan infrastruktur jalan diwilayah kabupaten Bekasi dinilai kurang merata, pasalnya masih terlihat adanya akses jalan menuju kampung terpencil yang sangat tidak layak ditambah masih ada beberapa lagi akses jalan yang memang kurang diperhatikan oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Bekasi
Salah satunya akses menuju Jalan tanggul kura-kura Kp.segaran RT 001/006 Desa karang segar kecamatan Pabayuran Kabupaten Bekasi, jika melintas Akses menuju kampung Kp.segaran dengan mengendarai roda empat siap-siap pastinya akan disuguhi dengan pemandangan indah berupa tanah yang lengket dan jalan yang berlubang apalagi jika melewati akses tersebut dimusim penghujan seperti sekarang ini, sudah pasti Roda empat yang dikendarai sering terjadi slip ban jika terjebak lubang yang berlumpur
“,Haduh repot kalo bawa roda empat menuju akses jl.tanggul kura-kura kalo musim hujan kaya gini, barusan saya lewat akses jalan nya seperti trek mobil of road, tadi juga sempat slip dan dibantu beberapa warga mendorong mobil yang saya kendarai,” Ungkap Anto, Salah satu pengguna jalan, Kamis (28/01/2020).
Tidak hanya pengguna jalan, Selain itu Sebuah unit kendaraan berjenis truk pengangkut dedak sempat terbalik di jalan rusak persis di depan SMA 1 Kedungwaringin, Kabupaten Bekasi. Miris, Jalan rusak yang sempat viral di jejaring sosial Facebook dalam group ‘Apa Kabar Kedungwaringin’ tersebut belum ada penanganan serius dari pihak pemerintah Kabupaten Bekasi.
Terbaliknya mobil pengangkut dedak menjadi deretan korban jalan yang rusak parah. Menurut pengakuan pengemudi truk naas tersebut, mobil yang ia kendarai hilang keseimbangan dikarenakan roda depan terjerembab ke lubang yang dalam.
“Ban yang depan masuk ke lubang, jadi nggak seimbang,” kata pengemudi Minggu(31/1/2021).
Melihat kondisi seperti ini, salahsatu warga Kedungwaringin mengungkapkan kekecewaannya dengan bertanya dimana dan kemana pemerintah Kabupaten Bekasi disaat infrastruktur jalan yang sering dilalui kendaraan tengah rusak parah.
“Hampir tiap hari pengendara motor pada jatuh dan sekarang mobil, dimana pemerintah Kabupaten Bekasi, apakah nunggu korban jiwa baru diperbaiki,” ungkap Hendra warga Kedungwaringin.
Padahal tertuang pada Pasal 273 UU No.22/2009 menyebutkan setiap penyelenggara jalan yang tidak dengan segera dan patut memperbaiki jalan yang rusak yang mengakibatkan kecelakaan lalu lintas, sehingga menimbulkan korban luka ringan dan/atau kerusakan kendaraan dipidana kurungan paling lama 6 bulan atau denda maksimal Rp12 juta(hari).
