Tanggapi Peryataan Anggota DPRD,Di Anggap Buka Aib Sendiri
Kabupaten Bekasi – Tanggapi pernyataan anggota Badan Anggaran (Banggar) DPRD Kabupaten Bekasi, Budiyanto, ekskutif bohongi legislatif soal PPAPBD 2019, Koordinator Aksi, Jaelani, tuding balik dewan.
“Bisa ya anggota dewan ngomong dibohongi ekskutif. Sadar nggak itu dewan membuka aib nya sendiri,” kata Jaelani, Sabtu (26/09/2020).
Lanjutnya, kalau dia (anggota dewan, red) merasa dibohongi ekskutif, berarti mengakui mereka tidak bekerja. “Sampai dibohongi ekskutif itu karena mereka tidak kerja dengan benarkan. Mana yang bodoh dan mana yang pintar ini ya?,” ketusnya.
Pembahasan PPAPBD itukan melibatkan stakeholder. Terutama lembaga legislatif. “Kalau ada dewan yang merasa dibohongi ekskutif itu artinya saat pembahasan mereka tidur. Atau tidak tau apa tugas mereka. Ada apa dengan dewan kita. Kita doakan semoga dewan semakin cerdas?,” ucapnya.
Berita sebelumnya, Badan Anggaran (Banggar) DPRD Kabupaten Bekasi merasa dibohongi soal Pertanggungjawaban Pelaksanaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (PPAPBD) tahun anggaran 2019. “Bagaimana mau good governance and clean government kalau birokrasi nya seperti ini,” kata Budiyanto, anggota Banggar, kepada Media ini, Kamis (24/09/2020).
Maladministrasi PPAPBD Kabupaten Bekasi tahun anggaran 2019 itu adalah cermin kebobrokan. Budiyanto, sendiri tidak akan membiarkan kasus ini selesai begitu saja. Karena merasa telah dibohongi oleh ekskutif. “Saya setuju masyarakat melaporkan kasus ini,” katanya.
Lebih prontal, Budiyanto, menegaskan ekskutif telah menjerumuskan legislatif. “Ekskutif jangan menjerumuskan insitusi dewan. Bekerja karena alasan ‘Asal Bupati Senang’. Kasus ini bukan karena ceroboh, tapi sengaja,” pungkasnya(Khr).
