Warga Kampung Kampung Kramat Segera Jaya Demo Pembangunan Tol Cilincing – Cibitung

Kabupaten Bekasi – Sejumlah Ibu Rumah Tangga Warga yang berada di kampung merapat kebon Kelapa berunjuk rasa menagih janji Ke PT Waskita terkait pemberian kompensasi dan ganti rugi keretakan rumah tinggal yang diakibatkan adanya proyek pembangunan jalan Tol Cibitung-Cilincing di Kampung Keramat Desa Segarajaya Kecamatan Tarumajaya Kabupaten Bekasi.

Selain aksi, warga Kampung Keramat yang di dominasi ibu -ibu rumah tangga di lakukan dengan cara memberhentikan kegiatan pemasangan tiang pancang atau paku bumi ini di lakukan sampai ada kesepakatan antara warga dan pihak proyek Cilincing – Cibitung.

Dalam tuntutannya, Amit warga Kp Keramat meminta PT Waskita untuk segera merealisasikan kesepakatan yang sudah disepakati.”ini sudah empat bulan kami menunggu janji, padahal sudah didata dan menyerahkan copy KTP/KK lewat aparatur Desa.” Ungkap Amit saat berada dilokasi Aksi unjuk rasa.

“Jadi pekerjaan ini di hentikan sementara sampai ada pembicaraan lebih lanjut, infonya pihak waskita akan berkordinasi dengan Ketua RW untuk pembahasan masalah ini.” Lanjut Amit.

Ditempat yang sama, Jarwo Kepala Kesehatan Keselamatan Kerja dan Lingkungan (K3L) yang hadir mewakili Humas HSE, mengatakan akan menyampaikan tuntutan Masyarakat Kampung Kelapa kepada pihak yang lebih berwenang.

“Pekerjaan memang dihentikan sampai ada komunikasi lebih lanjut antara pihaknya dengan Ketua RW setempat, kebetulan Pak Arifudin saat ini sedang cuti. Jadi saya yang mewakili beliau untuk menemui warga yang berunjuk rasa” ujar Jarwo.

Ditempat terpisah, Toto selaku kordinator lapangan dibidang Safety menjelaskan bahwa PT Waskita sudah merealisasikan semua kesepakatan yang tertuang saat mediasi diKantor desa beberapa bulan lalu

” Setahu saya kesepakatannya waktu itu yang menerima kompensasi dari dampak kebisingan dan keretakan hanya di radius seratus meter, kesepakatannya seperti itu.” Jelasnya saat ditemui dikantor Proyek PT Waskita.

Terkait aksi tersebut, Sekdes Segarajaya, Mahabib membenarkan adanya pembahasan masalah kompensasi di radius seratus meter, tapi menurutnya radius tersebut bisa dirasakan dampaknya lebih dari seratus meter(Khr).
